Dj Whoo Kid narodený ako Yves Mondesir vo West Orange, New Jersey je oficálnym dj-eyom populárnej hip-hopovej skupiny G-Unit. Pracuje pre 50 Centa, učínkuje pod G-Unit Redocrds labelom a má vlastný label Shadyville Entertainment.
Ešte ako dieťa sa presťahovali do Queensu v New Yorku. Jeho život sa ubiehal iným smerom, venoval sa viac dj-eyingu. Venoval sa tomúto od malička a neskrô dostal príležitosť spraviť mixtape pre 50 Centa, ktorým sa stal úspešný. Ide o mixtape 50 Cent is the future.
Dj Whoo Kid sa stal populárny tesne po 50 Centovi a G-Unit.
Jeho nová sláva mu dovolíla mnohé. Založil vlastnú radio show v rádiu Hot 97 a taktiež ako aj na Sirus Satellite Radio. Taktiež Whoo Kid sa stáva aj oficálnym Dj-eyom. V jaunári roku 2004 DJ Whoo Kid získava ocenenie pre najlepší mixtape na Justo Faison's Eighth Annual Mixtape Awards. Objavuje sa na časopisoch ako XXL, Tablist, Mixtape a mnoho iných čím mu stúpa jeho sláva.
Taktiež vydal vlastné DVD a založil odvenú firmu v Japonsku. Whoo Kid známy aj ako mixtapeový king robí svoje mixtapepy dosť agresívne. Pridáva do nich gangsta štýl a v každej skladbe môžte počuť niečo nové. Na rozdiel od iných DJ-eyov tento DJ-ey má na svojích mixtapoch vždy čerstvé, nové veci od G-Unit ktoré ste nepočuli a ani nikde inde si nevypočujete.
DJ Whoo Kid napísal aj knihu o DJ-eyngu. Pravidelne vydáva mixtapey pre G-Unit pod názvom G-Unit Rádio. Ich počet už sa počíta v desiatkach.

DJ Whoo Kid má beef s The Gameom a jeho The Black Wall Street. Taktiež drží beef s DJ-eyom Nu Jersey Devil. DJ Whoo Kid taktiež dissoval The Game na rádiu Hot 97. DJ Whoo Kid odpovedal na The Gamoev 15 minútový diss 300 Bars and Runnin´. Whoo Kid odpovedal skladbou Stop Hatin´ Stop Bitchin z mixtapeu POW!Radio Volume 2. Dj Whoo Kid je aj v spore s iným DJ-eyom a to DJ Green Lantern, ktorý už mal nejaké to dočinenie s 50 Centom.
